Free shipping is available within US via USPS First Class Mail. Please allow 1-3 business days after receiving payment for order to be processed + shipped.  If you would like to make any other shipping arrangements, please email us.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. Shipment typically arrive within 3-7 business days (US only depending on region). Please be advised that orders may also experience unexpected delays due to unforseen circumstances once it has been shipped that is out of JDR Atelier's control.

JDR Atelier is not responsible for lost or damaged pieces during shipment. If you are interested in additional insurance, email us prior to making your purchase.

All international collectors are responsible for all customs and/or VAT charges associated with the shipment of items. All items must be declared as “merchandise”. Unfortunately, it cannot be declared as gifts. Depending on destination, please allow for 2-6 business weeks to receive your package.

Florida State Sales Tax must be applied to all in-state orders.

The following payment methods are accepted: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, ApplePay via Square Payment, or PayPal. If ordering remotely, please be sure to provide your exact billing/shipping, email address, and telephone number, so that an invoice can be issued prior to shipment of art piece. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your shipment of your order.

All sales are final. Art pieces cannot be returned unless an error occurs on JDR Atelier's part. 

We value your privacy. Any personal information is restricted to those directly in charge of providing the shipment directly to your destinaltion.

All art pieces + content found within this site, including but not limited to images, illustrations, text, graphics, social media content, and video, are the sole property of each of the respective artists showcased with JDR Atelier. Please be kind and respectful by not copying, downloading, modifying, publishing, or distributing any content without asking first. If in doubt, email us so we can review requests together on a case by case basis.

Actual colors of printed pieces may vary slightly from what may appear on screen, due to color settings on each personal device. Any details such as mixed media blurs, filters, textures, and/or noise effects are intentional to the overall concept.
